Hot Yoga and Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Janine has completed Eric Small's course on working with Yoga students with MS. Eric Small was diagnosed over 40 years ago with MS. Today he's a vibrant testament to yoga's power to alleviate this often crippling disease.

Winter Warmth
Hot Yoga practice helps you to keep you warm and regulate body temperature during the Winter months. Regular training in the monitored heat of the class helps the body process the heat. This makes the day's temperature easier for the body to endure, since it has regular practice in handling the heated environment of the Bikram class. It's a great way to come in from the cold! Come practice and get warm!
